The location needs to be in an unserved, underserved or low income community and be used towards impact.

Include for each site:  Site Name, Country, Kit Number, Coordinates, Civic Location Type, Origin of dish, Est amount of people that can access the service, Enable bypass mode, and confirm you have authority to activate the Starlink Kit. See template format here
